1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SayEvent platform available at https://sayevent.com (the “Service”), including our website, APIs, and any related services.
SayEvent provides an online event ticketing and registration platform. We act as a technology intermediary between event organisers (“Organisers”) and individuals who purchase tickets or register for events (“Attendees”). Organisers and Attendees are collectively referred to as “Users”.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France and, where applicable, by European Union law. For questions or concerns, contact us at hi@sayevent.com.
